Domestic - UK - Delivery

We will aim to process your order within 2 working days of receiving it. Once your order is processed, it will then be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and we will provide you with your tracking details. The Channel Islands are included in international delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect an order once placed. Orders require a signature upon receipt of the item. Please allow for around 2-5 extra days for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

International Delivery

We will aim to process your order within 2 working days of receiving it. Once your order is processed, it will then be sent by Royal Mail unless an alternative carrier has been identified and agreed between you the customer, and Jane & Alicia. We will then provide you with your tracking details. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not currently ship to Russia. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect an order once placed. Orders require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that local import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer; Jane & Alicia cannot be held accountable for any charges or any delays that may occur at customs or whilst in transit.

Returns and Refunds

Jane & Alicia gladly accept the return of items that do not meet your satisfaction provided they meet our returns policy. We have the right to deny a refund if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

There are circumstances in which we cannot accept returns; this includes pieces that have been modified, re-sized, custom or bespoke made to your specific instruction, any of which was done for you by us, or by you after purchase. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and post it back to us within 14 days of notifying us of the intended return.

All returns must be

  • Returned in the condition in which the item was originally shipped to be eligible for a refund. If you believe your item was damaged in transit, please email us within 24 hours of receipt, with photographs of the item and packaging showing the damage.

  • Returned in the condition in which the buyer received the item; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if for example a stone is lost from its setting while in the buyers' possession (not due to negligence on the part of Jane & Alicia) and we (Jane & Alicia) must pay to replace the stone to return the item to a saleable condition. 

  • Packed securely and shipped with a tracked and signed for service with appropriate insurance. We recommend using Royal Mail Signed For Special Delivery for UK returns, and we strongly recommend insuring the package against loss or damage. For international returns, please make sure you use a service that offers compensation for loss or damage. Please return items in their original packaging - this will ensure they arrive back safely. Jane & Alicia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the return of the goods.

  • Clearly marked as UK RETURNED GOODS - if not marked as such charges, such as customs or taxes, incurred will be deducted from the refund. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the piece is faulty, grossly misrepresented or incorrect, in which case we will cover postage costs.

Please retain tracking details: We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.

The original cardholder will be credited once we receive the item(s). Please note it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
